Identify areas of potential risk and implement process improvement in all areas related to hr compliance escalate any regulatory compliance risks associated with organizational activities Identify, research track and report changes in laws and regulations conduct analysis on the impact of the changes to the organization ensure compliance with poster and notification requirements and follow through that requirements are met Lead the review process of hr policies and standard operating procedures Manage all regulatory requirements relating to workplace safety, injury prevention, and safety program Manage the hr portion of audits, accreditations, affirmative action plans, eeo reporting and other related activities analyzes trends, offers recommendations and provides statistical analysis as neededĬontinue building and managing the company de&i program to include the strategy, program components, and measurements of success
The hr compliance manager is responsible for the coordination, oversight, and management of various regulatory and compliance processes within the human resources functional area related to but not limited to federal, state, and local laws, safety administration, environmental compliance, accreditations, and internal standardsThis position is responsible for programs that support diversity, equity and inclusion, engagement and team member wellbeingThis position is responsible for interfacing with all areas of human resources, various other departments within the organization, and with outside vendors and regulatory agencies.
